Returns at House of Chi

Right of Return: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Refunds: If you return an item, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping from your home to our webshop, approximately €6.95 per package. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

Product Condition: Please return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged, you may be charged for the depreciation.

Product Exchange: Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us at shop@houseofchi.nl . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Incorrect Delivery Address: Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to adjust the order before shipping.
