Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a well-known medicinal mushroom used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years. We use only the fruiting-body of the mushroom (not the mycelium), as this is the most nutrient-rich part of the mushroom, where the most beta- glucans are found.
