Product details

Latin name: Erythrine Mulungu
Common name: Mulungu
Family: Fabaceae
Form: Essence
Concentration: 3500mg dried bark per 1ml

Dosage:
- 1 to 3 drops three times a day, for chronic anxiety and ailments related to it.
- 1 to 3 drops at once for failure/performance anxiety.
- 3 to 10 drops at once for severe sleep disorders.
- 3 to 10 drops at once for severe anxiety attacks with various causes (If this is a common problem, if possible, seek the help of a psychiatrist/psychologist)

Primary indications:

Insomnia
Mulungu is one of the most effective herbs for severe sleep problems. However, it can lead to drowsiness in sensitive individuals. However, when sleep is difficult for a prolonged period, the benefits of being able to sleep outweigh the disadvantages of its mild sedative properties. Mulungu should only be used if other herbs are not working as expected or are already expected to be ineffective. Mulungu can help restore the natural sleep pattern without becoming addictive. The dosage can be reduced after some time.

Fears
In lower doses, it can be used for many forms of phobia, such as fear of heights and fear of flying. Mulungu can also be used in low doses for fear of failure, for example, before a performance, presentation, or exam. It can also help with a chronic, deep-seated fear of life. It requires the courage to truly stand up for what you believe, to truly do what you truly want to do. With this form of use, always carefully find the dosage that doesn't make you drowsy, but does reduce your fears.

In higher doses for severe anxiety attacks, also when these arise from a 'bad trip' caused by the use of e.g. Cannabis sativa, Psilocybe species, LSD, Ayahuasca, Mescaline and other hallucinogenic substances.

Secondary indications:

Cramps

Menstrual cramps.
Tension cramps in the neck and back.
