Dandelion supports liver function in various ways. It stimulates bile production and makes it more fluid. It's particularly useful for liver stagnation, which can sometimes be indicated by unexpressed irritation and anger. It's also a source of minerals that the liver needs to function properly. Dandelion is also a very suitable adjunct to liver cleansing, helping to replenish mineral deficiencies that can be washed out during the cleansing process.
