Anti-inflammatory
Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it is also very useful for insect bites, jellyfish stings and skin irritations caused by nettles, for example.

Not for internal use! Although it was often taken internally in the past, (especially long-term) internal use is not recommended due to the pyrrolizidine alkaloids. Do not use on open wounds for the same reason.
Contraindications:
If you have sensitive skin, apply it to a small area first and check if it does not react too strongly.
Interactions:
May enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of NSAIDs and other anti-inflammatory drugs
